Although the Black Sea plateaus take on a different beauty with their nature in every season, the most ideal visit period is spring and summer (May – September). During this period, weather conditions are more favorable and it is easier to reach the plateaus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Plateau Visits by Season<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2714\ufe0f Spring (April – May)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nature is just waking up, colorful flowers bloom on the plateaus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The weather is cool but clean and fresh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rainy days can be seen frequently, but it is a great time to watch nature come to life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2714\ufe0f Summer (June – September)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The most ideal period! Even in high altitudes, the air temperature is around 15-25\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Plateau festivals are organized (July and August are the most active months).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Magnificent views can be watched from the plateaus in sunny and clear weather.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2714\ufe0f Autumn (October – November)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The plateaus take on yellow, orange and red tones, a perfect time for photographers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The weather cools down, and some plateaus may be difficult to reach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Foggy and rainy days are more common.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2714\ufe0f Winter (December – March)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Black Sea plateaus receive heavy snow in the winter and most plateau roads are closed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Snowmobiling and nature walks are possible for adventure lovers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, since it is not possible to go with normal vehicles, special preparation is required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
