Things to consider
- If the required majority is not reached, the round will be cancelled and a full refund will be given or the round will be transferred to the next round. In such a case, guests are obligated to personally notify the tour 12 hours in advance.
- Weather conditions can be deceptive; we recommend bringing an umbrella and raincoat.
- Dear guests participating in the Batumi tour with Turkish Republic citizenship IDs, we regret to inform you that their old IDs are not valid.
- There is no problem with the new IDs. Guests traveling abroad with IDs or passports are obligated to follow the latest changes, practices, and legal regulations. We would like to point out that our agency is not responsible for any problems encountered by tour participants exiting the country through the border crossing. It is your sole responsibility to prevent your departure from the country by the authorities. Our tour departs from Rize and is a Batumi tour.
- Guests under 18 years of age are required to be accompanied by both parents. If one parent is not with the child, the parent who is not with the child must provide consent at a notary public. If the child has sole custody, A court order must be presented upon transfer.
- According to Turkish law, all participants, including infants, are required to have a photograph on their ID cards.
